Serien wie Forsthaus Falkenau, Die Garmisch-Cops oder Tatort tragen ebenso seine Handschrift wie die Independent-Filme Reflex Action, Hollywood Kills, oder auch der Hollywood Actionfilm Felon. Und für den Image-Film Every Child Counts gewann er 2001 den NTVA Music Competition Gold Award.
Nun hat sich Gerhard Daum seine eigenen Stücke noch einmal vorgenommen und die Filmmusik-Motive für Orchester ausgearbeitet. Einfühlsam setzen hervorragende Brandenburger Symphoniker unter der Leitung von Hannes Ferrand die Neu-Arrangements um und laden ein, vermeintlich Bekanntes neu zu entdecken.

And for the image film Every Child Counts, he won the NTVA Music Competition Gold Award in 2001. Now Gerhard Daum has taken on his own pieces once again and worked out the film music motifs for orchestra. Under the direction of Hannes Ferrand, the outstanding Brandenburg Symphony Orchestra sensitively implements the new arrangements and invites you to rediscover what is supposedly familiar.
